Paradisus by Meliá in Gran Canaria, Canary Islands, Spain, is a luxurious 5-star, all-inclusive resort located in the southern part of the island. Known for its breathtaking beachfront setting, contemporary design, and extensive amenities—including heated pools and an infinity pool—the resort offers an exceptional vacation experience.
Situated in the picturesque coastal area of Meloneras, near the famous Maspalomas Dunes, the resort provides easy access to one of Gran Canaria's most iconic natural landmarks. There’s even a scenic walking path from the resort to the Dunes, which takes about 40 minutes.
Guests can enjoy a wide range of activities, including water sports and nightly entertainment shows, making it an ideal destination for relaxation and fun.

Please see below for the list of restaurants and bars available at the resort. For the most part, we will have dinner together as a group, but if you prefer not to join the restaurant of the day, kindly let me know, and I will remove you from the reservation. You will be responsible for your own breakfast and lunch arrangements, but please keep our tour schedule (TBD) in mind when planning your meals.
Gastro Hall

This is the main dining hall, where 5 different cuisines meet. Fuego is international cuisine, Mina is a steakhouse, Tokimeku is Asian, Santé serves raw and healthy food, and La Guinda serves sweets and desserts.
MasCalzone - Trattoria
Breakfast - 8am - 11am
Dinner - 7pm - 10:30pm
An Italian restaurant in the purest “trattoria” style, serving simple, rustic cuisine prepared with the finest quality ingredients. This is where our finale event will be hosted.
Peseta – Local Cuisine
Dinner - 7pm - 11pm
Adults only restaurant run by Germán Ortega, a local chef from Gran Canaria. His passion for the use of local produce allows him to create a tasting menu full of traditional recipes. A relaxed and intimate environment for adults only.
Ginger Grand Café & Lobby Bar
10:30am - 11pm
Inspired by the Grand Café style, Ginger is a space to enjoy a menu of light meals, coffee and pastries or cocktails at any time of day.
The Shack - Snack Bar & Restaurant
Lunch - 1pm - 4pm
Located near the pool, it serves a choice of fresh, healthy food and drinks.
Kanna Beach Club
12pm - 10:30pm
With a fresh and modern style next to the pool, this Beach Club that serves international cuisine has a fun atmosphere and lively vibe both by day and night.
Vibra - Fun Bar & Restaurant

A sports bar/restaurant serving a variety of great drinks and international cuisine in a lively setting.
Lemon Fish Nikkei Sky Bar

With beautiful sea views, this bar and informal restaurant is the ideal place to enjoy the sunset, drinks and happenings at night. Specialising in Nikkei cuisine with a choice of excellent ceviches.
